Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders will be processed as quickly as possible after payment has been confirmed. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier and local delivery conditions.

Unless otherwise agreed, orders will be delivered within 30 days of purchase in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Tracking information will also be provided where available.

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. EL Japan is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, except where responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.

For deliveries outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland, import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees may apply. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs procedures, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue with the carrier.

Where required by applicable consumer law, EL Japan remains responsible for goods while they are being transported by a carrier arranged by EL Japan.
